@ The House

This 2,600 square foot social settlement house will be the new home for @ The House, an organization that provides the Arlington community with a wide range of resources to nurture youth, strengthen families, and engage senior citizens, with the goal of supporting achievement, self-sufficiency, and positivity - individually and collectively. The facility will offer after-school programming, job readiness training, mental health services and full case management services.

Cold Spring Lane

Cold Spring Lane (CSL) is the newest proposed mixed income, pedestrian-friendly, live, work and play residential Transit Oriented Development community in Baltimore City. Conveniently located at Towanda in Park Heights, CSL offers 164 spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with a host of amenities families have become accustomed to with modern day living.

LifeBridge Health Center for Hope

In November 2020, LifeBridge Health broke ground on the new "Center for Hope." The new facility will house the first comprehensive violence intervention and prevention center in the nation that is part of a large regional health system. This is the first facility to be built on Sinai Hospital’s expanded campus, located next to the Pimlico Race Course. https://www.lifebridgehealth.org/CenterforHope/

Park West Health System Expansion

This 15,000 square foot expansion will primarily provide space for Park West Health  System's behavioral health services for children, youth and adolescents. Services include the Youth Advocacy Program, Violence Prevention Program, School-Based Therapy, Creative Expression Therapy, and Group Therapy.

Pimlico Race Course Redevelopment

With the enactment of the Racing and Community Development Act of 2020 legislation in June 2020, the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is authorized to finance up to $375 million for the planning, design, and construction of the Pimlico and Laurel Park Racing facilities. https://mdstad.com/redevelopment-pimlico-racing-and-laurel-park-racing-facilities

Renaissance Row Apartments

Situated on the north side of Rosewood Avenue, just east of Park Heights Avenue, Renaissance Row will feature 42 one-, 35 two- and seven three-bedroom apartments in a four-story building. Of the total units, eight are set aside for residents earning up to 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) while the remaining 76 units are reserved for residents earning up to 60% AMI. The development also includes on-site management offices and approximately 2,300 square feet of office space that will serve as the new headquarters for Park Heights Renaissance. https://boldnewheights.org/renaissance-row/

Woodland Gardens I & II

Woodland Gardens I will provide up to 75 units of family rental housing in the Park Heights community and will include a community room, exercise room, and outside garden space. Woodland Gardens II, also in Park Heights, will provide 75 units of affordable senior housing. Woodland Gardens is within walking distance of commercial, social and neighborhood-serving amenities.
